APAP Annual Meeting Graduate Poster Session |

For the last ten years ASA’s Academic and Professional Affairs Program has sponsored a highly successful Graduate Program Poster Session at the Annual Meeting. Last year’s event featured over 40 programs. The poster session brings together representatives of departments from across the country with undergraduate students and Masters students looking to continue their education and undergraduate advisors researching programs of interest to their students. This is both an excellent opportunity for them to get an overview of graduate schools and for your department to do some very low-cost outreach in a cordial, inviting, and informative atmosphere. We are pleased to facilitate this exchange!
Each poster area includes a corkboard on which materials can be pinned (e.g., posters, flyers, banners, pictures) and a table on which literature can be shared with those who visit your display. We highly encourage having a representative from your institution staffing your display. Having a friendly face there to answer questions is highly beneficial.
