Forms and payments must be postmarked/faxed no later than July 1 to be eligible for the preregistration discount. Notice to Program Participants. The ASA needs to confirm your intention to attend the Annual Meeting. To this end, program participants have a separate deadline to preregister. The registration system experienced a brief outage on May 7. As a result, the deadline to preregister for program participants has been extended to Friday, May 9. Participants on the program who have preregistered by that date will have their names included in the Final Program listing.
