ASA Sections. ASA's 48 special-interest sections include, for example, medical sociology, social psychology, and sex & gender. Sections provide great opportunities to network, meet leaders in the field, learn about current section research, as well as learn about grant opportunities, book announcements, job openings, and other pertinent information.
