DescriptionThis is a research project, and will take much longer than most of the other resources found on this website. It is recommended that you do not assign more than one or two research projects in a semester. This research project focuses on finding out how similar newpapers' reporting of crime and actual criminal activity going on in the community are, as reflected by crimes known to the police. This project looks at what kinds of crimes are under or over reported through looking at newspapers and crime rates.
