Joining the Marxist Section

Membership in the Marxist Sociology Section is open to any member of the American Sociological Association. Section membership is $12 for regular members, $7 for student members, and $10 for low-income members.

Join on-line:

To join the ASA and/or the Marxist Sociology Section on-line, go to the ASA Membership Information Website. From this webpage you can join the ASA or renew your ASA membership as well as join the Marxist section or renew your Marxist Section membership. If you are already an ASA member, you can add the Marxist Sociology Section membership by clicking on Update on the ASA Section Membership Information Website, log into the membership services site, and then choose "join a section" from the menu.

Join by mail or fax:

If you would prefer to join the ASA by mail or fax, you may do so by completing the Membership Application Form. If you are already an ASA member, use the ASA Section Membership Application. Print applications and fax or mail them to the ASA office. The ASA's fax number is #202-638-0882. The mailing address is American Sociological Association, 1307 New York Avenue NW, Suite 700, Washington, D.C. 20005-4701.
