The 2024 Annual Meeting will be held at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal. The hotels below are offering ASA discounted room rates. Booking a room within the ASA room block is an important way to support the association and ultimately keep overall meeting costs as low as possible. Staying “in the block” is also more convenient and helps keep you connected with the informal activities and networking opportunities that occur at the hotels during the meeting. Attendees can book their reservation directly with the hotels, there is no housing agency representing ASA in 2024. Please be aware that unauthorized housing companies may contact you and advertise cheaper rates or may fraudulently claim an affiliation with the event. They are NOT affiliated with ASA and are offering fraudulent services.

Accessible shuttle service will serve the Delta Hotels by Marriott Montréal, Hotel Monville, Le Centre Sheraton Montréal, and Hôtel Bonaventure Montréal. The route and schedule will be available soon. A map with the location of each hotel is located at the bottom of this page.
